Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions as they affect your rights and responsibilities in law. If they are not acceptable to you please do not place an order.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Purchase of Certificates

Certificates may only be purchased by a TFH Instructor licensed by the International Kinesiology College. Certificate orders will be fulfilled within 7 working days at which point the certificates will be placed in the instructor area of the IKC website.

Once purchased and/or issued no refunds or returns of certificates is possible.

Shipping

Carriage charges to UK destinations are included in the price. Please apply for international shipping costs.

Any physical orders will be dispatched by second class Royal Mail. We aim where possible to dispatch within one working day but please allow 5-7 working days for shipping. If you require delivery sooner please contact us for extra costs involved.

Delivery will be made to the address given when placing your order.

If Royal Mail or our couriers fail to deliver your Goods in part or in full or it is beyond our control we will not be held liable. However, we will use our best endeavours to ensure you are recompensed for the loss.

Packaging

We endeavour to do our bit for the environment so where possible all our packing is used or recycled.

Stock

All prices, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.

We retain the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company at any time for any reason.

If any item is out of stock, the product will be put on back order and sent out as soon as it is back in stock. The buyer will be informed of this.

Should it not be possible to supply an item for a reason beyond our control we will not accept liability.

All brand names, product names, images, titles and copyrights used in this site are trade marks or trade names or copyrights of their respective holders and we give no permission in respect of the use of any such brand names, product names or titles or copyrights and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder's rights.

Return of physical goods

Physical goods may be returned providing we are advised by email beforehand and the goods have not been damaged. Return postage will be at the buyers expense and the buyer will be responsible for the item until it is received by us.

If you should receive faulty goods or goods damaged in transit, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt.

If you decide that you no longer require the physical goods that you have ordered please notify us within 7 working days of receipt. You will then be able to return the goods, at your expense, and receive a full refund, as long as the goods returned are in a saleable condition.

An order may be subject to cancellation or changed by sending an e-mail or by telephone. If the order has been processed and dispatched you will need to return it to us for full credit less cost of carriage.

Payments

You will be charged for any goods at the point of order. Our liability to you relating to any order will not exceed the total value for the particular goods.
